Provide Information Technology (IT) facilitation to ensure that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are perfect for the company’s and customer needs.
Eliminate waste through training and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and philosophies.
Implement 5 S practices throughout the organization.
Train and implement kaizen events where ever you need substantial improvement e.g. SMED (single minute exchange of dies).
Implement a Kaizen Teian (Teian suru: to propose) program to develop and execute a system for continuous improvement through employee proposals.
Conduct Value Stream Mapping to determine current state of the business and then develop and implement the Ideal State.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Permanent Corrective Action – verify and validate.
Introduce and utilize organization wide KOIs (Key Operating Indicators) linked to corporate Goals and Objectives.
Become part of the organizations management team as an ongoing resource for the organization
